Comcast Center (Downtown Philadelphia) When asked to provide ceiling access for the enormous atrium in the newly built Comcast Tower, Superior's Bob Sarkisian thought of a better solution; Design and erect 6 high capacity suspended scaffold platforms, each strong enough to carry up to 3500 lbs. - a far less costly solution than a supported scaffold. Men and material could be loaded on to the scaffold from each floor and the ground. Remote motor operation allowed an operator to raise and lower each platform independently.

"A personal note of thanks for all your efforts in the wake of last week's garage collapse in Atlantic City. Your people demonstrated cooperation, compassion, and professionalism in the face of trying circumstances. It was a strong display of civic pride and commitment to the community. We will long remember the example put forth by you and your team during this trying time."
