Superior Scaffold provided our TP-2500 transport platform to crews at the historic Rodney Court apartment building (now Birchwood at Rodney Court) for a complete interior restoration. This is a pretty cool job for lots of reasons. We’ve been all over this project and most of our work has seemed to come in and around the giant hole where Penn Tower once stood (and is now the home of the massive Penn Medicine Pavilion). This funky building sits on the corner of S. Stockton and E. Front St. I liked how symmetrical it looked. I’m not sure what’s inside but just from the outside it reminded me of one of the old radio buildings from the thirties. Check out the crazy radio tower on the top.
