This property boasts one of the most expensive penthouses that has been sold (even before the building was completed) at almost $18 million dollars. Yes, that’s million. Wow. But I guess you get unprecedented views of the city like the Delaware River stretching up to the Betsy Ross Bridge – to South Jersey – to Independence Mall and more.

Superior Scaffold was called to provide access to the exterior of this 26 story luxury building so crews could install the glass and do the caulking.

We used our standard Altrex modular suspended scaffold platforms to work with the unique levels and intricate design elements.  We had 5 swing stages on the building all working at once.

When everything is installed and completed this structure should be a real standout among the cluster of skyscrapers in the area.

We also provided a sidewalk overhead protection system (or canopy) for pedestrians.  It’s built using our system scaffold and one leg sits on Jersey barriers facing the automobile traffic.  We have it netted on both sides and have debris panels on top – all of which are covered in custom graphics.  If you need those to decorate up your project give us a call.
