This great looking old structure was known as the Bell Telephone Building back in the day.  But in the early 1980’s the government broke up what was one of the largest monopolies in US history.  This effectively took what was the Bell Telephone System and split it into entirely separate companies that would continue to provide telephone service.  They would be known as baby Bells.  But we are here to talk about our suspended scaffold on this Baby Bell Building. This 17 story high-rise was built in 1915 and showcases that good old fashion American craftsmanship.  We love providing suspended scaffold and overhead protection for these older structures.

This time out, Superior Scaffold provided the swing stages for restoration crews to do a complete exterior restoration from windows to caulking, masonry and woodwork.

We had approximately 10 Altrex suspended work platforms with the hard-working Power Climber, PC1 motors on them.

We also provided the overhead protection system all around  the building to protect the pedestrian traffic.
