This is actually a temporary kitchen built on top of a giant platform that we erected out back of the Passariello’s restaurant.

It’s not often that Superior Scaffold gets to construct a 16′ X 50′ platform that ties into the back of the restaurant – and then actually becomes their kitchen while the real one gets an update.  But that’s exactly what happened here.

Using system scaffold, shoring heads, aluminum beams, and plywood we built another platform that would hold the kitchen and a Quonset hut type structure.  It had to be strong enough to support their entire kitchen, walk-in freezer, HVAC, and equipment.

This renovation was going to take much longer than the bathrooms so the entire platform needed a more permanent cover.

A crew member heads to the walk-in freezer that sits on top of the platform we built.  The renovations should soon be complete and we they will move operations back inside to their permanent location.
