It’s our job at Superior Scaffold to keep things rollin’. What do I mean by that? Well, when you have a business smack in the middle of the busiest part of town and you have a complete restoration going on overhead – you don’t want anything to stop. You want to keep those sidewalks open for all of the pedestrian traffic possible.

I will admit I had to look up the term victuals, since it’s just not something you hear much anymore. But every one of those people walking on the sidewalk is going somewhere and some are going to get some good victuals and we need to give them a throughput and protection when they do.

Canopies are a huge part of our business and we do it well. Heck, on this job we also designed and provided the double-wide swing stages or suspended scaffold that masonry crews used while doing a compete exterior renovation on this building at 13th and Market. So, we kept the crews rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ above at the same time we had pedestrians moving below.

This particular overhead protection system features roughly 800 linear feet of system scaffold – wide enough to stampede a whole ton of people through. It’s also tall enough to do some calf roping in – if you had to. AND it’s lit up so you can find your way down that long winding trail of concrete in the jungle of life.

Golly, we’ve also got 4’ debris panels on the top when those doggies are kicking up dust and special tie-downs to keep it mighty secure when those bad fellas role through town.
