This is an impressive job! Not only from a scaffold or access point of view, but on every level. GC, Clemens Construction really did a great job at 17 Market West transforming this 18 story office tower into luxury units. Originally built in 1957, this complete interior/exterior conversion is a prime example of adaptive reuse, aligning with evolving market demands and sustainable construction practices.
