Superior Scaffold was called in by GC, Clemens Construction, to provide overhead protection and suspended scaffold for the renovation of the Miller Theater, at 250 South Broad Street, within the Avenue of the Arts cultural district of Center City Philadelphia. The Miller Theater is the most prestigious location for touring Broadway shows, so the building needed to look as good as the entertainment it is putting on. Superior provided the swing stages (suspended scaffold) that crews used to reach every inch of the facade for cleaning, repairing, replacing and repointing. From a hole in the ground to a new mixed use apartment complex. LVL North, at 510 N Broad, offers an artful blend of stylish apartments and luxury living. At least that’s what their website says.
