Shoring & Scaffolding, Forever 21 Forever 21 is building out their new location on Chestnut street and decided to enlarge the entrance way and windows on the first few levels. They wanted theirs to look similar to Sephora with lots of light coming in the front of the store. Superior was first called out to provide the scaffolding for the facade restoration - but later provided the shoring when crews realized just how much work it would take to create the new openings. Forever 21 asked if we could add shoring without removing the scaffolding. So we came up with a solution...

Caesars Casino & Resort Caesars Atlantic City Resort has been expanding and renovating constantly in the past decade with a new hotel tower, parking garage and shopping center. It opened as Atlantic City’s second casino in 1979 as the Caesars Boardwalk Regency. Like it’s counterpart in Los Vegas, Caesars has an ancient Roman theme and boasts 3400 slot machines and is now one of the largest resorts in the area. Superior Scaffold’s swing stage department was called in to help with the EFIS facade replacement on the towers. Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino, Atlantic City, NJ

The former Trump Marina hotel and casino, in Atlantic City, has been purchased by Landry’s Inc., an international gaming and restaurant operator, and is being rebranded with the Golden Nugget Name. Superior Scaffold has been brought in as part of the $100 Million renovation to help with the façade restoration of both the 220' high bay tower, and the 90' high Crystal tower of the Golden Nugget. Drexel University, The Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building (ISB) Superior Scaffold was the company of record to provide scaffold services to this $49.7 million five story, 135,000 square feet, modern marvel that will house 39 research and teaching laboratories for biomedical engineering, biology and chemistry. It also will have a fossil preparation lab. ISB is expected to be LEED silver and Green Globes-certified, partly because of a bio-filter wall, which will be the first of its kind in an American university. Henry Hall, Princeton University Superior was called in to erect and dismantle a system scaffold for work on a parapet wall. The challenge was to build scaffolding on roofs and provide roof protection on the 200 year old building. Superior also had to deck one solid level around all the parapet walls. We also provided a 1000 pound basket hoist on the job, including all overhead door protection. This scaffolding had a ladder and gate access.
