Chichester High School in Boothwyn, PA gets a new temporary press box. That’s right. You heard it right here in the Superior Sentinel. Chichester’s old press box is being replaced. The school that boasts the Eagles football team needed a way to broadcast their home games. The call went out to Superior Scaffold to help them build a temporary structure to get them through the season until a new permanent press box could be built. Shoring Montgomery Mall (North Wales, PA) for an escalator drop

Not only was Superior Scaffold called in to provide shoring while new support columns were added - but then we had to shore up the bar joists and steel beams for 150 feet so crews could roll a 10,000 pound escalator into place on the floor above. Pretty darn cool! You can see to the left in this photo where crews cut a hole in the flooring for the new escalator. They were demoing a building and removing an old staircase. Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel and Casino cashes in with Superior Scaffold

Photos courtesy of Karl Kalbach. Bally’s Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City, turned to Superior Scaffold to get painting crews up to the high end of one of their buildings on the boardwalk. Crews needed to get all the way to the top of the building above world famous Harry's Oyster Bar and Sea Food restaurant to finish painting and refinishing, but their high reach couldn’t get them there. Superior erected a system scaffold around and in between the buildings and over the roof and since crews couldn’t tie in anywhere on the building, diagonal bracing was used throughout to keep everything leaning...

The Shops at Riverside is a very high-end mall which caters to the affluent suburban areas surrounding Hackensack in Bergen, Essex, and Passaic Counties in New Jersey as well as Rockland County in New York State. In addition, a number of shoppers from New York City, particularly Manhattan, are drawn to the mall for its upscale offerings minus the New York sales tax on clothing. The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the City of Philadelphia are joining forces to provide health care to children and adults in South Philadelphia. They are relocating two existing clinics, a CHOP-owned pediatric primary care practice currently located in South Philadelphia, and the City-owned Health Center, which serves children and adults into one new building.
