The Metropolitan Opera House or Met located at 858 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia (yes, Philly has a Metropolitan – not just NY) is undergoing a $56 Million restoration as a new Live Nation concert venue. The beautiful building has been sitting vacant for years. The 39,200-square foot theater was built in 1908 by Oscar Hammerstein I and called the Philadelphia Opera House. Transport Platform, Mast Climbers, The Residences at Mid-Town Park, 9th & Orange, Wilmington, DE

Superior Scaffold does its part to help the rejuvenation of Wilmington’s central business district. We provided our TP-2500 transport platform and several mast climbing units to help BPGS construct this $75 million, 231 unit luxury apartment complex in downtown. The Residences at Mid-Town Park, located at 820 N. Orange St, are getting high end amenities such as 12,000 square feet of retail space, a 511 space parking garage, demonstration kitchens and dog-washing stations in each unit. This is one of those jobs where I can let the pictures do the talking. It's a giant project and just seeing the scope is inspiring. The Pavilion will be a new hospital facility that will house 500 private patient rooms and 47 operating rooms in a 1.5 million square foot, 17-story facility.
