Comcast Center When asked to provide ceiling access for the enormous atrium in the newly built Comcast Tower, Superior's Bob Sarkisian thought of a revolutionary solution; Design and erect 6 high capacity suspended scaffold platforms, each strong enough to carry up to 3500 lbs. - a far less costly solution than a supported scaffold. Men and material could be loaded on to the scaffold from each floor and the ground. Remote motor operation allowed an operator to raise and lower each platform independently....

Rodeph Shalom Sanctuary Restoration The Architect Team of Becker Winston Architects and Martin Jay Rosenblum, R.A. & Associates needed a unique solution to restore Rodeph Shalom Sanctuary so they turned to Superior Scaffold. Superior devised a system that allowed renovations to take place all the way around the sanctuary as well as four stories up in the dome. This saved time, money, and valuable access to very hard to reach places. Superior's intricate design allowed them to renovate this historic landmark without compromising it's magnificent architectural integrity.
