The historical structure of this building is being preserved to retain the integrity of the original design (1926). Superior Scaffold was called in to help get crews all around the perimeter of this 21 story art deco building while they give it an extensive exterior restoration. University of Pennsylvania (U of P) is caulking and waterproofing the façade of their building at 3400 Walnut, (Market & 34th) Pennsylvania, PA 19104. Superior Scaffold provided an intricate sidewalk canopy (sidewalk shed), with overhead protection, 2 blocks long that would allow construction work to go on above while keeping the businesses open underneath.
