The Watermark at Logan Square is a retirement community in Center City, Philadelphia providing independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care in a continuum of care. Crews were doing a mixture of façade repair, restoration, caulking, painting and patchwork. This was a multi-discipline set up for the Superior Scaffold Dream team. Maze of Hi load shoring frames for Medford Leas Retirement Community

Superior Scaffold provided the shoring support for the new edition at the Medford Leas Continuing Care Retirement Community on Route 70 in Medford, NJ. This maze of hi-load shoring frames was needed to support an 8” concrete slab with a 1.5” thick Epicore metal deck. We supplied 200 shoring frames, 800 hi-load jacks and 150 10’ aluminum beams that supported the weight while the new concrete was poured on top. In honor of 40 years of SNL (Saturday Night Live) I thought I’d post some pics of our emergency services overhead protection job at Hallahan Catholic Girl’s School. Superior Scaffold was called in to provide overhead protection so crews could repair pieces of the façade that were falling off. Containment wrap is great for keeping the heat in and the elements out when working in cold conditions. This particular location in West Windsor, NJ used to be a large Barnes and Noble store – and now it’s being converted into a new Bahama Breeze. The 26-year-old MarketFair shopping center is in the middle of design changes and a rebirth that promises new stores and lots of food. As part of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia expansion project a very cool looking pedestrian bridge was built to allow easy access from the main hospital to the new Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care. Crews needed to get to the exterior of the bridge at the corner of Civic Center Blvd and E. Service Drive in downtown Philly. You have to admit that this is one great looking building.
