It’s always nice to be a part of a revitalization project, especially one that propels the westward expansion of Center City along the Schuylkill River. Superior Scaffold was called in to provide sidewalk overhead protection for the Locust on the Park luxury loft-style apartments, retail and office space. This once abandoned publishing plant that was previously home to the Lanston Monotype Company and then the National Publishing Company is being transformed into an artful mix of original architecture and modern finishes that will house 152 apartments. He addresses the elephant in the room and offers a tremendous solution to all safety directors in the area.
